Description

La Roche-Posay Retinol B3 Serum 30ml is a regenerating anti-wrinkle concentrate that acts on deep wrinkles, irregular complexion and photoaging.

It will suit all skin types, even sensitive and oily.

This unique serum is concentrated in Retinol [Pure + Gradual Release], an anti-aging molecule of reference for a powerful action on the most pronounced visible signs of age, combined with vitamin B3 to restore the skin barrier and glycerin, for 24 hours of hydration.

Instantly, the skin is smoother and radiant. Day after day, as if regenerated, the skin appears visibly rejuvenated, brighter and more toned. The signs of aging caused by photoaging are permanently corrected: accentuated wrinkles are significantly reduced, fine lines appear smoothed and the complexion is even.

Its moisturizing and silky fluid texture offers a non-sticky finish.

Formulated for optimal tolerance, it is non-irritating and non-assessing.

Not comedogenic.Designed for people with nickel intolerance.

Directions for use

Apply in the evening to the face and neck, alone or under a moisturizer.

Apply SPF>15 in the morning. Do not expose yourself to the sun.

Do not use in combination with other products containing retinol.

In case of discomfort, allow time for the skin to get used to the product. Avoid direct contact with eyes and lips. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

Indication: Anti-aging. All skin types, even sensitive and oily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse skin reaction ever I’m extremely disappointed with this product. I used it once, applying only two drops as recommended since I know it’s best to start slow with retinol. Despite that, I woke up the next morning with my face covered in spots. I waited four days, hoping it would calm down if I avoided putting anything on my skin, but the spots just kept getting worse. Eventually, I had to go to the pharmacy, where I was prescribed soothing gels and antihistamines. I understand some purging can happen, but this reaction seems extreme. My skin looks worse than ever, and it feels irritated and uncomfortable. I have had spot since puberty, and even then i barely had. I was really hoping for better results, but this experience has been awful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased that I bought this Love this. My skin is looking better and fine lines are less prominent. Blackheads have disappeared. You need to apply moisturiser overnight over this as it dries out the skin without it. I use it every other night to get my skin used to it. I would definitely buy this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesnt work for me While I have used a higher concentration of retinol from other brands I am getting an allergic reaction to this product. It is causing me itching all over my body, so will not use again, although might be my somewhat sensitive skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for ageing skin Since using this serum I have noticed less fine lines and wrinkles. My skin is more hydrated giving it a dewy finish, and it feels so much smoother too. This is a concentrated serum high in vitamin B3 , and the gradual release of retinol helps to stimulate collagen production which helps to make my complexion healthier and more radiant.

Prior to this product I only ever used Niacinamide + zinc serum and a different moisturiser for the day and night after a CeraVe cleanser for my oily skin. It worked really well but after adding this product to my night-time routine (remove the niacinamide + zinc) I’ve been getting random compliments from people like my barber who sees me every 2-3 weeks and even from my Mum! They’ve definitely noticed the difference more than I have. I initially started using this every night (3 drops on the face and neck and any leftover on back of hands) but found it caused some dryness on my face which very quickly disappeared once I reduced the frequency to once every two to three days and worked it back up to every day. This is a really good starter retinol product @ 0.3% strength with niacinamide but it’s getting rather expensive lately. However I found one bottle has lasted me maybe 5-6 months if not more so if you can get it for a good price the value is excellent
