Nutergia Ergynuit Sleep 60 Capsules is a formula combining melatonin, plants, vitamins, and minerals.
Its balanced formula provides 1 mg of melatonin, which helps reduce the time taken to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime).
Melatonin also acts to help mitigate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of the trip, and for a few days following arrival at the destination).
Eschscholtzia promotes natural sleep quality, which includes falling asleep quickly, the absence of nocturnal awakenings, a satisfactory sleep duration, and restorative sleep.
The addition of magnesium and vitamins B5, B6, B9, and B12 in this unique formula helps to reduce fatigue.
