Phytoresearch Zenytud 60 Capsules is a food supplement which acts in synergy too soothe anxiety and tensions that can occur in a situation of psychological ill-being or burn-out, allowing you to naturally find well-being and serenity:
- Rhodiola helps the organism to adapt to stress emotional situations and is particularly effective in the event of burn-out. It also acts on the physical manifestations of anxiety (tired, headaches),
- Saffron contributes to preserve emotional balance by promoting a positive mood and relaxation sensation,
- Lactium is a patented ingredient of whose invention is based on the observation of the state of absolute calm in which infants find themselves after drinking milk,
- Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of nervous system and psychological functions. In anxiety situation, the cells expel exaggerated quantities, which makes the body more vulnerable to stress and anxiety,
- Vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the good functioning of nervous system and diminish the fatigue sensation, while Vitamin B9 contributes also to good functioning of immune system,
- Vitamin B6 also stimulates the immune system, undermined in times of anxiety.

Take 2 capsules in the morning, preferably during a meal. Take for a minimum of one month. Can be taken continuously throughout the year if needed.
