Santarome Somnifor 30 Tablets is a food supplement that combines melatonin, 4 active plant ingredients, an essential oil and 3 buds:
- passionflower helps induce rest, healthy sleep and optimal relaxation. The California poppy contributes to the quality of sleep, thus promoting a restful sleep and a reduction in night-time awakenings. They are accompanied by valerian and lime;
- lavender essential oil, one of the most used in aromatherapy for its numerous benefits.
- The formula also contains a trio of fresh, wild, hand-harvested hawthorn, lime and fig buds.
Without dependency.
Vegan.
Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with a large glass of water (20 cl).
In case of jet lag: 1 tablet just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use for long periods.
