Bausch + Lomb ThermCool & Hot Kids 1 Bead Pack - Model: Super Hero is specially designed for children.
This colorful pack soothes bumps, bruises, knocks, fever, or headaches.
Hot or cold, it provides fast and pleasant relief, while making the treatment reassuring and fun.
It offers quick and targeted relief, without active medication:
- Cold: Minor injuries requiring cold, knocks, bruises, bumps, headaches, fever, insect bites.
- Hot: Stomach aches, minor injuries requiring heat.
It can be kept in the freezer to respond to emergencies when needed.
Adapted for children with its fun design and a support elastic on the back.
Contains one thermal pack (136 mm side) + 1 support elastic on the back.
Medical device.
Latex-free.
- Hot: Microwave (1200W)
1. Ensure the pack is at room temperature before heating.
2. Place the pack flat in the microwave. Based on a 1200W microwave, heat at full power for 10 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave and check that the desired temperature matches your comfort level. The temperature will continue to rise slightly.
If additional heat is desired, return the pack to the microwave and heat for an additional 2 seconds, without exceeding 14 seconds in total. Monitor the pack while it heats, as excessive heat can cause the pack to burst, leak, or burn.
4. Knead the pack well to distribute the heat evenly.
5. If the temperature is acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area. If the pack is too hot, remove it and reapply when the temperature is acceptable.
6. If you need to heat it further, follow steps 1 to 5 again.
Store at room temperature for future hot use.
- Cold: Freezer:
1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove the pack from the freezer. Test the temperature to determine your personal comfort level. If acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area.
Note: freezer temperatures vary, so monitor the skin regularly during application to avoid frostbite. Cold does not affect everyone in the same way; always let comfort be your guide.
Storage can be in the freezer for future cold use.
