Choosing a sunscreen with a sufficient SPF index depends on your phototype, which means your skin type. If you have fair to very fair skin, opt for a 50 sunscreen index. If your skin is dark and already used to the sun, a 30 index is better. Last but not least, black skin can opt for a 15 index.
