Eafit BCAA 8.1.1 Watermelon Flavour 275g is a preparation in powder containing amino acids.
The BCAA are the 3 amino acids known as "with branched chain", majority in the muscular tissue: the valine, the leucine and the isoleucine. These amino acids are said to be essential, because the body cannot synthesize them and they must be provided by the diet or food supplements.
Gluten-free, aspartame-free, sugar-free.
Suitable for vegetarians.
10g to be diluted in 450 ml of water 1h30 before training or after training with a large glass of water. To be taken during periods of intensive training or competition over 20 days, to be repeated at least 20 days apart.
